  • "Tokens" refer to the digital credits used to access certain features of the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Token System

Our Service uses a token-based system for access to analysis features:

  • Tokens are required to analyze YouTube videos for trustworthiness.
  • Tokens can be acquired through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
  • One token is consumed for each video analysis.
  • Tokens have no monetary value outside of our Service and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Subscription plans automatically renew and grant a specific number of tokens each month.
  • Unused tokens expire after 60 days from the date they were issued.

5. Service Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit any malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

6. YouTube Content Analysis

Our Service analyzes publicly available YouTube content to provide trustworthiness assessments:

  • Analysis results are generated by AI and should be considered as opinions rather than factual determinations.
  • TrustCheck is not affiliated with YouTube or Google and uses publicly available information to conduct analysis.
  • You agree to use analysis results responsibly and not to represent them as official evaluations by YouTube or video creators.
  • Analysis results are provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy or completeness.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrustCheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from TrustCheck.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Our subscription plans and payment terms:

  • Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrustCheck, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; or unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TrustCheck makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service. We do not warrant that the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. TrustCheck disclaims all liability for any harm resulting from your use of the Service.

Analysis results are AI-generated opinions and should not be the sole basis for making financial or business decisions. We recommend conducting additional research before making any investment decisions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustCheck is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
